Normal Occlusion & Malocclusion is a foundational orthodontic course by Dr. Omar Yousry that introduces the essential concepts every clinician needs before progressing into comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.

The course begins with an orientation to orthodontics and explains how the specialty deals with growth and development of the face and dentition, as well as the diagnosis, prevention, interception, and treatment of malocclusion and dentofacial anomalies.

You will then study Normal Occlusion, including normal alignment, Angle's concept of occlusion, Andrews' Six Keys of Normal Occlusion, static and functional occlusion, overjet, overbite, facial proportions, and developmental changes from primary through mixed to permanent dentition.
